Pay starts at $12.50 per hour, and of course you get to save on gas money and professional wear since you'll primarily be working from the comfort of home. The position involves providing excellent customer service and assuring that all service levels are met. You'll upsell and cross sell products to the customer, so you should stay abreast of Pier 1's current inventory. Identify any trends and opportunities for improving customer experience. Mandatory training dates include August 6th through 24th, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM until 4:30 PM. Otherwise, hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 PM. Between November and mid-January, Pier 1 has expanded hours of operation due to the holiday shopping season.
