Tesla's Zero-Emissions Surfboard Released

Tesla, Elon Musk's electric car company has recently released a $1500 surfboard which is available alongside a variety of other merchandise currently available from Tesla. Tesla already offers hats, shirts, a kid-sized ridable car and they even offer a USB charger which is shaped like the Superchargers Tesla fans use to charge their vehicles. Now, Tesla fans are able to invest in the surfboard. The surfboard was designed by Tesla's design studio and came about as a result of a combined effort from Lost Surfboards and Matt "Mayhem" Biolos making not only stylish but great at catching waves too.

In terms of design and features the aesthetic is as sleek as all of the Tesla products. Not only is the red and black coloring similar to their cars, the surfboard displays a similar finish and is also reinforced with carbon fiber. What's more, according to the description, the "Model S, X and 3 can comfortably accommodate this surfboard on either the inside or the outside of the vehicle." What's more, Tesla also stated that "The Limited Edition Tesla Surfboard features a mix of the same high-quality matte and gloss finishes used on all our cars". Finally, like all Tesla products, the surfboard is finished with the company's logos.

Surprisingly, only 200 Tesla surfboards were made to order and after going online on Saturday evening, they have already sold out. Shipping is expected to take place 2-10 weeks from now. Some, however, are now available for purchase on eBay but you can expect to pay anywhere between $2000-$5000.
