Netflix has officially announced the happy return of one of its most popular shows – 13 Reasons Why on Wednesday. The show's second season premiere aired just last month, but its popularity had fans demanding for more, and more they will get.
The show, which revolves around the suicide of Hanna Beck, caused a major buzz when it first aired last year. 13 Reasons Why centers around some of the most difficult issues teens in America deal with today, like sex, bullying, online shaming, violence and their affects on teenagesr without sugar coating the hardships they go through.
On the second season (spoiler alert) Hanna's parents – Olivia and Andy are dealing with the suicide of their daughter and suing the high school she went to for negligence, and all the teens involved in Hanna's tapes have to face what happened and what their part was in her death.
Brian Yorkey, the show's creator, will continue working on it as an executive producer, and rumor has it that the 3rd season will start streaming in early 2019.
